Senior Software Engineer
Full stack engineer in Istanbul. I build and run operational software — cargo platforms, B2B reservation systems, CRMs and HR tooling — mostly on PHP, Laravel and Vue.js.
I wrote my first line of code in 2015, while I was still in high school studying database programming. I have not stopped since. In 2020 I turned it into a profession, and every system I have shipped since then has gone into daily use by people whose work depends on it.
Most of my work sits in the unglamorous middle of a business: cargo operations used by branch offices across a country, a B2B travel platform that has to keep talking to Hotelbeds and KPlus without dropping a booking, an HR system tracking ninety people across a group of companies, a CRM that replaced several hundred spreadsheets. These systems are judged on whether they are correct and still standing in three years, not on how they look in a screenshot.
I graduated top of my department from Sakarya University of Applied Sciences with a 3.80 GPA, and I am now reading Software Engineering at Istanbul Nişantaşı University while continuing to work full time.

Correctness before cleverness. Operational software fails quietly and expensively, so I would rather write the boring version that is easy to reason about a year later.

Own the whole path. From the database schema to the API contract to the screen the branch clerk actually uses — a system is only finished when the person at the end of it can do their job.

Build for the handover. Clear structure, consistent naming and honest documentation, because most of the code I have written is still being maintained by someone.

Integrate carefully. Third-party services go down, change shape and rate limit you. Every integration I ship assumes that and degrades instead of breaking.
